The Book of Samuel 1 and 2 and Book of Kings 1 and 2 are my favorite chapters in The Bible. It shows that power corrupts most, hence all the Kings of Isreal were evil (Jehu is a toss up) and only 8 were righteous from Judah. In The Old Testemant there was a link between the king, the masses the land. If the king was righteous the land and the masses were blessed...If a king was unrighteous the masses and the land would face calamity.
When I read about the old , middle and New Kingdom of Ancient Egypt...I often wondered if that same theory applied to the Ancient Egyptians as well when they had intermediate periods or were hit with famine. Like when Ancient Egypt had that 7 year famine under Pharoah Djoser and then it stopped. Did Djoser do Wicked and then repent later like King David in The Bible when the land and masses were stricken by that 3 day plague? I wonder if that theory also applies to America.
King Solomon according to The Bible was unrighteous towards the end of his life. The Quran says otherwise. In Islam Solomon was righteous to the end. So its a matter of which story u want to believe. In Islam, Solomon was so wise he could communicate on other realms....He could communicate with animals and was so idled that animals from all over the kingdom would come to his home with the desire to be eaten by Solomon. LOL....first time I read that I laughed. He could also communicate with demons and he enslaved them and had them as servents. Thats some deep shyt. That’s kinda the point I feel. It’s not about the head itself it’s about the joys of the world. The world is everything yo many prioritize getting head instead of getting ahead.
