Crime stats are only evidence that black people are more likely to be arrested than other groups. Not that they are more likely to commit crimes.
We see stories every week about some breh getting exonerated for a crime he didn't commit after being incarcerated for years. We also see plenty of video evidence of people calling the police on black people for seeming innocuous reasons and cops still taking their word for it and arresting the "suspect".
A pastor just recently sued because he was arrested for trespassing and resisting after he was "caught" watering his neighbors plants while they were out of town. a white person would never be arrested for being a good neighbor. numerous other examples, like kids being arrested for misbehaving in school like all kids do.

.I think you said it, something along the lines of some black people wanting to be elevated simply to dominate other black people, it's a sentiment that I see bleeding from the words of some, it's actually why I started distancing myself from some "far-left" groups, because whenever it came to talking about "the poors", it was always laced with a hint of authoritarianism, as opposed to lifting individuals to their level, and I was running into that rhetoric from people I knew was black.
Too many people just want to be seen and think of themselves as better than someone else and that becomes obvious to people that actually want to improve the wellbeing of others, this just goes back to my overall opinion that most people are just trash, they just haven't been granted the opportunity to to fully realize it.

I’ve also had some family members robbed and even murdered by criminals and I was even caught in the crossfires of gang shootings multiple times here in DC, I am fully aware that this shyt ain’t a game.

This is correct, and I think it's because a lot of us feel a deep sense of shame about it. It therefore causes a cognitive dissonance where we seek to minimize, ignore, cast blame, even defend at times. However, not facing a problem head on never made it go away. Additionally, my knowledge of the history of this country and the reasons why theses problems exist make it so that I'll never be ashamed about who I am because I can go head to head with any bigot who yells "Chicago!" like a trained seal with the expectation that it should shut down any conversation on racism.
First of all, the problems with urban areas are a complex one, born both of centuries of oppression and the self hatred and dysfunction this caused. However, I daresay that no other group could have survived it to the extent we have and still managed to eke out some kind of existence in a land so hostile simply because of physical attributes we have no control over. We know that white males have high rates of suicide, many others perish due to "deaths of despair" ie, alcohol abuse, ODs, etc. And this is with them controlling most of the wealth and power in this country! Imagine if they had been through all the bullshyt black people have. They honestly may be just about extinct by now in the US.
We also know that urban black gangs don't have a monopoly on violence in this society. The native Americans, slave trade are all well documented. (which is why conservatives HATE real history being taught) The Irish and Italians, before being accepted as "white" of course had their blood soaked era in the nation. The amount of state sanctioned violence globally due to military acts of aggression (by majority white ran governments) has killed untold amounts of people (and I'm talking NOT due to self defense, which is what a military should be used for only). And of course there are family annihilators, school shooters, "regular" murderers, etc. Not to mention the systemic protection of pedophiles - Upenn with Paterno, Larry Nassar gymnastics scandal, Catholic church, Epstein. These are all examples of not just 1 or 2 bad apples, but networks of people covering this up. I know too much about the history of white people in this country to EVER feel inferior to them or let them gaslight me on "black on black crime".
Nah, I don't feel shame about what some black people do criminally. I do feel a sense of anger, and sadness at times due to what I know black people could be with better focus, and resources. Having said all of that, I also have zero tolerance for the dregs of black society, the urban terrorists who cause pain and misery, the people who glorify that pain and misery. I may know how they ended up that way, but once they're that way they have to go and any decent minded black person should feel the same. No coddling, no "but but white supremacy". They have to GO for the sake of everyone else. The only area I would consider myself "conservative" in is punishment for violent crime, because of the damage it inflicts. My blood boils when I read about someone with 5 arrests/convictions for assault, etc. who finally kills his girlfriend. Non violent offenders should be given a chance for rehabilitation. The worst of the worst violent offenders (not talking about someone who got in a bar fight, or something) should be given long sentences, and murder should be automatic life no parole. This needs to be coupled with investments in education and business. Only then will we see real changes in these environments.

So I don't think anyone here subscribes to the idea that a theoretical monster should be allowed to roam the streets just killing people at random, we all recognize that some people need to be jailed for both their sake and the public at large. The issue is with the rhetoric surrounding those posts, it's hardly ever, "let's recognize this from a top down perspective and work from that angle to reduce the probability of these actions from occurring", it's instead rhetoric that suggests an aspect of inherent criminality and other supposed inherent flaws of black people, it's rhetoric that is honestly indistinguishable from what you can find on places dedicated to espousing racist beliefs.
Sure, most don't recognize the importance of the words they choose to use, nor do they care for nuance, but if the post is removed from any substance, removed from any solutions, it should just be flagged and deleted, imo. I don't see what purpose any of those comments serve beyond further fueling racist narratives, as I said earlier, they are useful idiots for white supremacy, hell, some are just white supremacists in digital black face.
