He took the L, but it wasn't a bad start. I didn't mind the decision to pull him, but I woulda let him try to get Wright out. He was the exact same Kershaw for 6 innings, then got a bit wild in the 7th. Funny how you can use a pitch made by a different pitcher against him. If he gets out of the inning, you'd be able to hear a pin drop. Baez gives up a hit, and all of a sudden Kershaw is trash again. Gotta love it. That's baseball though. Let the narrative continue, no matter how stupid it may be.

even if Baez doesn't give up the hit DeGrom still significantly outpitched him. game score of 79 his first playoff start on the road. Stay mad that you backed the Peyton Manning of baseball
