Shooters were two white males. Loners who had loose ties to the most fringe of alt right groups. Friends and neighbors stated they were "good boys" growing up. In fact, Hayden Jensen was a highly intelligent, if a bit socially awkward. Neither Jensen, nor his accomplice, Cadence Drew Beckenbaugh, had any criminal history. It's rumored that both young men were bullied for their beliefs and this is what most likely led up to the shooting. There definitely needs to be a more thorough and measured discussion of the disenfranchised young white male or more of these tragedies will occur and we'll only have ourselves to blame.
