Yall remember the Virginia tech shooter back in 2007 where the rumors were flying about the shooter being a mk ultra experiment that they eventually let loose. There was photos of him in a ski mask and military fatigue clothes with another person in that shyt. Might be a similar situation. I think these guys are being programmed to do this shyt with that mind control shyt.
