These are the only ones caught by the way.

Seriously, unless you're trying to be a doctor, get rid of the college system entirely. This is coming from somebody who works in the STEM field and routinely sees non-college grads beast out as software engineers more than many comp sci and software engineering graduates.

Most shyt nowadays can be learned online. Learning the math to become an engineer or scientist is all available online and requires little to no extra hands on work (those easy ass labs don't count, there's too few of them anyway). I see more students learn from Khan Academy than they do their actual professors.

shyt, this is why online degrees are blowing up.

Doctors at least will have to have their physical and mental abilities assessed when working in the lab. That's where the value of school resources come in.

I was making jokes until I heard about stories like this. If you wanna throw our people in jail for trying to get better for their kids I hope Becky at least gets 12 months.
They will throw us in jail for not being in the prison system earlier in life. And there’s nothing we can do about it.

it's crazy how people expect us to believe that black people are 4 times more likely to get into a college, when we can clearly see the black people don't represent 4 times the campus population. not even 5% of the harvards student body is black but we're 4 times more likely than anyone else to get in?
:duck:
Playing devil's advocate here a bit: I think their argument is blacks are 4 times more likely when all other things are equal (e.g. grades, activities, SAT, etc.). So their next argument would be: "it's hard to find a black of equal qualifications, but when we do they're 4 times more likely to get in."

At least, that's what I think they're saying....

I believe their argument is b.s. for other reasons (mainly the nonsense goal posts of their "meritocracy"), but not because of the percentage of blacks we see aren't "4 times the campus population".
