I was talking to my cousin about it the other day and he was like maan you only live once treat yourself.
im doing a new construction home that will be done in July so will have to get another credit inquiry around May when I lock the rate in. If my middle credit score still 760+ and I can get something around 2% interest like you got, I might consider making a play.
