The problem that the league has is that the "additional information" will eventually leak out to the public and based on the informations and optics behind it, they run risk of looking like they're going too soft on Ja. You know that ESPN or other media outlet hit piece about Ja is in the works.

Hilariously I was looking at some of David Stern suspensions. Stakk Jack only got 7 games for the shooting at the strip club
