NBA is world sport, that shyt will have no major effect. It's been happening for years & basketball continues to approach Futbol globally.

Why we gonna bail out poor free-throw shooters? Work on your game or go to the bench. Coaches have no obligation to keep them in the game.

yes a world sport with different time zones. if i'm already staying up why would i watch 5 mins of free throw shooting and commercial breaks? there is a flow in basketball and hacking is hurting that flow towards the end. businesses that have had the same rules for years rarely change practices with no reason to do so. society has a short attention span so what makes you think people want to watch centers shoot free throws inefficiently?
Man I get the Hack-a-Shaq sh*t but only to a certain extent. It wasn't even that bad way back when they did it to Shaq imo. It was kinda into the flow of the game but now the practice is on steriods and done all game long. Its bad for television. Replays slow up the game much more. And as I said fans aren't turning away because of fouls. If you can present numbers I'll gladly take a look. No surveys either

You need to send that letter to Silver breh... and truthfully we can't go on a rant about every league and their problems. My only argument is that they'll always be players who can't make free throws. Always have been and always will into the future. Should they be better.. hell yes they should be better but it is what it is.. and the exploit/cheat code has gotten out of hand and you might not follow other leagues but others doTBH I don't follow the other leagues but the "it's bad for the flow" argument is flawed imo. Too many fouls and FT stop the flow of the game and are bad for TV? OK, then stop rewarding floppers and offensive players initiating all kinds of contact without even really trying to score and you'll have 15 less FTs per game. You want flow? Stop reviewing touch fouls for 5 min
Malone and Duncan were both very average FTs early in their careers. They worked hard at it and became respectable. No need to bail out millionaires who can't make the easiest shot in the game. Hire a shooting coach and work on your fukking game. If their coach wants them in the game, well everyone gets exploited for their weakness. If they cant live with that then sit yo ass on the bench
