Then reserve players get 50 percent, fans 25 percent coaches 25 percent. I think thats fair. Cant have zaza in an allstar game

The team captains select the team however the starters are determined by voting...Of those who were voted as starters the team captains pick from them in a snake draft and once the starters are all selected they Than draft the bench players.

They should do the whole thing: starters first, and then reserves.

that's what they did. the starters and reserves were all drafted by the captains. the starters got drafted first and then the reserves got drafted after that.

They have to make the jerseys for the game. How quickly can they do that? I'd imagine it takes more than a couple days to make the jerseys. Then again, I'm sure if they bring over some Chinese sweatshop workers, they could turn them motherfukkers out in half an hour.
