I have been a homeowner since like 2005, but I JUST bought a new crib and closed on it last wednesday and moved here 2 days ago.

my first house was cool, but my new house is I LOVE IT!!!!

HUGE basement, 3 full bathrooms, hardwood floor, big ass kitchen, HUGE deck, crown molding and tray ceilings

PLUS, I still get to live around black folks. except its black folks that ain't on bullshyt

only thing my old house had that is better is that it had a privacy fence (don't have that now ) and my old house had a 2.5 car garage where this one has a strict 2 car garage. we were used to having a shytload of space in the garage, but now it's a lot more cramped.
