Cop gave two shiits, why is a black man trying to reason with a brain dead cop. Just record the interaction and put it on the news. This is why we have to force cops to wear a body cam.

Unfortunately he's more likely to get shot by not rolling down the window. I'm not excusing this cop's behavior, but when you don't comply these cops become erratic. I'm personally tired of hearing about black men being killed by the the police.
