add support for direct .m3u8 links in embedded content

incorporate an embedded m3u/m3u8 player. this would increase the number of external sites content that can be embedded/linked to without supporting that site directly..

nah, the site would just provide a embedded player for a direct link to an external site hosting the m3u8 and media.
