He's Canadian

Does he have enough swag to sell that many shoes?

Y'all disrespecting the shyt outta wiggins though

Much better than Paul George

His dad is a former American NBA player. He has that low key American swag.

on my mama i never seen a soul rockin any durant, rose, carmelo, john wall or dwight shoes

Everyone is rocking the KD6
did adidas throw dwight in the bushes? I haven't seen an adidas commercial with him featured since he was on the magic.

meanwhile, I have seen numerous john wall/damian lillard commercials, rubio commercials, and a plethora of drose commercials.

now that adidas signed :noah: this week, he'll probably have a commercial before dwight.

Big men don't sell shoes.

I'm not sure why they gave Dwight that money in the 1st place.

Dwight wasn't an expensive deal for adidas though. And he meant a lot to them, giving them legit star presence and global brand exposure as TMac/Gilbert faded and prior to Rose.

Dwight's been hard to market recently for a few reasons. One, the Dwightmare killed him. Two, they couldn't really move ahead with anything last season because his future was so uncertain. Three, he's a sneaker free agent next summer — and a company in China will likely overbid and snag him from adidas.

I had Under Armour running sneaks many moons ago and they weren't too bad, but I can't comment on their basketball shoes. Li-Ning I can't comment on either, but I'll say this: If you can afford Nike, get Nike. Get you a nice pair of Hyperdunk lows or Kobes. Incredibly durable grip, and they're light enough where they don' feel like bricks.

The Under Armours and Li-Ning type brands are cheaper, but they tend to be heavier. If weight isn't that big of an issue, then by all means, but if you can find a cheap pair of Kobes or Hyperdunk lows, go for them. Excellent sneakers for ball.

On point, the Wade shoes were heavier but not bad and felt like the Air Jordan XIV OG in terms of quality materials and weight. Performance was way better than I thought they would be. The Kobes and Hyperdunks are :ohlawd: for ball. I think UA's Micro-G cushioning is almost of up their with Nike's Lunarlon but it also last longer. Nike allows you to purchase new Lunarlon insoles if needed. I think UA needs a breakthrough design and technology to grab attention. I mean its got to be crazy nice and then it needs to go to the right player.

Outside of Jordan and Iverson. I really never seen the public wearing current NBA players shoes like they did with Jordan & Iverson. :yeshrug:
