I had a coworker who I became good friends with who was traumatized by his ex-wife. She was fukking the neighbor. He found out when she told him she was leaving him for the neighbor, packed her shyt and moved right next door to the neighbor's house. Craziest shyt he remained friends with them and hung out with them on the regular. He had mad issues with trusting any woman after that. There was one instance where he left me alone with a girl he was seeing (long story but I pissed off a mutual friend who wanted to fight me and he was calming that friend down) and told me how he was freaking out about it and I helped him overcome a big hurdle by being a good dude and not trying to steal his girl. Fast forward a few years and he eventually ends up back with the wife after she leaves the neighbor and had nowhere to go so she moves back with him.
