Why include legalizing marijuana in this plan as if marijuana is a make or break issue in the black community? Access to marijuana will do nothing but speed up the stagnation of progression for most of these black kids who do not have the emotional intelligence to deal with issues and turn to drugs for escape. Make them reliant on having to light up before they do anything and exponentially create more bums. I don’t understand this.

because the war on drugs has been the biggest factor in the creation of Jim Crow Jr.
That combined with expunging people of drug crimes are both actually pretty big deals
