It’s not though Eu and Nato are European alliances, when it comes to trade and war Europe and America have been linking up for common interest since after world war 2, even after world war 2 you have things like the marshall plan which was given to Germany and Western Europe to build their economy to what is now the 4th biggest economy in the world.
Europeans also linked up to split apart Africa, so they do often form alliances for their best interests.

The world is not black and white.
There are black people in Europe and America pushing their agendas just as hard as any white person because that is their home.
There are Africans on the continent and in their diaspora that are completely on board with whatever Europe, America, the Middle East, or Asia wants to do as long as they get paid.
