Edit: I'm not even a militant on here. But it's so easy in this AP case to see how different black culture views this story to white America. White America cannot get it around their heads that black people find this acceptable. I'm not saying what AP did was right, but it's just eye opening how it's mostly white people saying "No! like most things, its not a black/white issue...its a social class thing.

Poor people tend to whoop their kids...upper middle/rich for the most part dont.
And its even more in the south.

I personally dont see how anyone can defend hitting a 4 yr old till they bleed for rough housing w/ their sibling...makes no sense to me.

People are exaggerating a little bit about what Chuck said...even he says AP was wrong.

Barkley on Rice: "The NFL obviously fumbled the entire Ray Rice situation. But we are bringing awareness to domestic abuse, that's a good thing. ... Most men would not ever try to get any type of mental help if they felt like they needed it. Those are two positives that can come out of this.

Turning to the Peterson situation, Rome asked Barkley if it's okay to hit a child.

And those hit tend to have developmental issues growing up. There is a reason upper middle/rich don't...they know better.

AP doesn't come across as the brightest celebrity out there so this doesn't surprise me.

yea...people taking pride in growing up getting hit is confusing to me.
People love defending their team...even if its a losing one.

The only reason they whoop their kids in the south is because the south has the highest poverty levels, and lowest numbers when it comes to education.

When I think about it...damn near all the lost people I knew growing up got hit by their mom/dad.
The track record isnt that great for those that got hit growing up.

These chicks wouldn't give you the time of day if you werent a star, but you go ahead get them pregnant and set them up for free ride in life monetarily(you know most of the money isnt going to the kid), and then you have to deal w/ their ratchet vengefulness if you do anything to upset them or they drag ur name down if they want more money.
