Goddamn, this isn't that other forum, we don't need to jump into women-blaming here too.

Why not actually focus on the root of the problem?

It's true though. Certain things you literally can't do in Saudi Arabia that you can do here. Simple shyt that will literally get you killed. It's a literal fact that some cultures are "bad" and some are "better". Forced female circumcision in some countries is okay. You can marry a 10yr old in others. . . These are disgusting practices. Let's just say it.
No way you read that shyt. Did you even see the places involved?

Morocco - they weren't alone.

Costa Rica - has one of the best reps in all of Latin America, is basically a resort/ecotourist country, and she was in a gated area with a security guard. Got killed by the fukking security guard. How da fukk do you prevent that?

Thailand - Buddhist country has a rep for super docile people and there's tons of women on the streets there

New Zealand - a progressive Western country

Australia - another progressive Western country

Y'all just throwing your agenda onto the wrong article. What were the "bad" cultures here?

But she said that violence against female tourists was a thread in the broader fabric of violence against women around the world. And violent episodes are just as likely to occur, experts note, in rich Western nations such as France, Italy and Germany as in the developing world.
Hmm...that's a strange line for you to avoid commenting on, eh?
