Unpopular opinion, the day you retire from work is the day you DIE. WORK IS LIFE. Learn the difference between a JOB and WORK. Once you get the mental part down, thats half of the work because you realize you have to get your ass up and do something. Folks literally be lazy as hell, want the best such as healthy and dont want to do ANYTHING to get to that goal such as EXERCISING. They dont want to do the WORK. I was coming in to say this. If she’s your wife, damn near your wife, or even a very good female friend, it’s ok. You’d think she know you well after that point and wouldn’t judge you for opening up about what’s bothering you. If she’s a girl you’re simply dating, keep that shyt to yourself.

Most HR are jokes and under budget and do not due any real due diligence. I lie about degrees, cents, experience lol. Never been caught and almost always get a job offer if I'm interviewed lol

I dont work in a HR, they arent going to do the due diligence, and usually get screener questions/answers from a hiring manager. When i see certs on a resume im going to ask the person detailed topics on it, especially if its related to Agile SDLCs or infrastructure.

Not saying it aint working for you, but I've fired three different people for this, taken 5 out of job contention, and seen people get removed from a position for lying about it twice.

Had a guy show he had a CSPO cert on his resume. During an interview I flat lined him in 5 minutes off questions especially when I said asked "are you registered under your name with the Scrum alliance" dude started copping pleas saying his cert expired and he needed to recertify. I told him to his face I dont believe he had the cert and thanked him for his time.
