Operating by that logic would be to pretend that the Moxley/Jericho feud didn't begin with Jericho acknowledging how Moxley came to him for advice when they worked together in the past.

"Ever" would implied that they've NEVER been face to face in a ring. "In AEW" would imply that we're specifically talking about AEW.

Time also shouldn't play a factor as Jericho has mentioned that MJF's parents must have watched him wrestle Juventud Guerrera.

Last time they had a match was within this past decade to qualify for the Elimination Chamber.
