Oh I know who they're for. It's voted on by the fans. I used to love the PWI awards when I was a kid. Nobody reads magazines anymore.
Well deserved. Wwe does not deserve a top spot on any of these categories. Especially match of the year. Every single WWE match has been subpar. Also goes for NXT. Absolute terrible content.

Im gonna keep the same energy and say "so what"? PWI hasnt mattered in decades. I will say that it shows how devoted their fans are and that they or AEW arent going anywhere and that is good for them.

I don't know if Britt Baker vs. Thunder Rosa was the match of the year, but it definitely was one of the best matches of 2021. So I'm not mad that it won the award, just for the impact it had on both women's careers.
At least Jade got a award despite her caping during the Swole debacle.
