Yes, but the main focal point isn't "Tully is coming back", he's gonna play a background role in the match, and was never the spotlight for this much. That is stark contrast to Goldberg.

I will say I have no problem with Goldberg's first return because in the end it got Brock more over when he beat him in the rematch.

There is a difference between a manager being an "active participant" versus an actual storyline of an old cat coming back to try and win it all again.
