Adviseshowtv has a pretty good channel. But, his ratchetvideoweekly series rubs me the wrong way, especially since he has a hispanic wife.
My mom house and my sister stays out there. You get more for your buck there plus everybody is cool. It has its shady parts but thats only low income apartments

the real estate is crazy cheap. Just looks like boring ass texas subdivision though.
thats the thing it is. Outside of stuff to do in cedar hill you have the advantage of being 15 mins away from downtown to do your thing. And its cheap because of
reasons but its mad peaceful. A lot of people are still trying to go up north for houses though

I wish I had paper like my uncle and aunt. They have lived in DeSoto for the past 20 plus years after hustling in Duncanville. My uncle married a black woman from Detroit that he met in school in Oklahoma. They got married and wisely left to build in Dallas. My uncle worked for DART and my aunt is a Chief RN at one of the hospitals.
They have a (assumed) 3/4 million dollar home in DeSoto.. 2 stories, 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and enough space for a theater.
