Being someone from that area. This video is a got damn joke. :mjlol::laff: Since nikkas start moving there and Dallas County started sending all the section 8 people to this area. The crime has sky rocket and schools has falling into an all time low. This area is becoming the new Oak Cliff. What's going on in this area is what exactly happen to the Red Bird area in the 1980's. Basically, Mexicans has took over Oak Cliff by pushing the Black people further south in Dallas County into these areas.

I would advise no nikkas to move there. The house values in this area has fallen.

Black people stay losing :why:

This happens to many of the so called affluent Black burbs, something happens and homes are huge and not worth a damn. This is how you know these folks are just high paid employees that aren't building anything.

Eh, I personally think they are gassing up DeSoto

I just wish there were more spots to eat here like there is north side

Cedar Hill as all the nice shyt lol so 10 min trip isnt that bad. I'm also thankful traffic during rush hour is no where near like Plano or Addison area. That shyt drives me nuts
thats the point of building though. im sure the area can be developed, right?

I wouldn't really call that area back in the day an affluent Black burbs tho.

I grew up in Cedar Hill. Back in the 90's it was probably 20%-25% Black working and middle class people. The rest of Cedar Hill was probably 65% White.

What happen in the early 00's was a lot the White population(Tax Base) started moving to the newer growing Collin/Denton County burbs(Frisco, Little Elm, Allen, etc).

When the Tax Base left the property value kinda went down. Also in the early 00's was the subprime home loans epidemic. A lot new houses was built in southern Dallas County giving out mainly subprime home loans. This allowed many low income Black people in Dallas to move to this area but with crazy interests rates. Dallas County started sending majority of the section 8 people to this area as well. This lead to what is becoming a hood.

You also have a lot black fake ballers with bad credit people living beyond their means in Dallas. A lot of fake wannabe boule negros. (Like the negros in the video) :mjlol:

The Black people that lived in Cedar Hill back in the day wasn't on that fake wannabe boule negros shyt. We was a real black middle working class people(Common Folk). Those types of negros didn't start moving in until the 00's.

sure, but its not like there are a lot of black owned businesses here or black entrepreneurs from a community aspect

just black people who are employed with money that live here

Yep, within my neighborhood I've probably had about 10 different black neighbors who wanted to ball but couldn't keep up with the cost

and tell me why everyone in this area has either a benz or a cadillac :stopitslime:
