I initially assumed they didn't know, because they may not have been able to see the angle where ppl were.

But if they saw them fools, they had to have known that cameras were recording. Or maybe they assumed the afghans were too dumb to record.

I dont know. Part of me thinks they should have stopped the plane but on the other hand, they had their orders to get wheels up and there was no way they were going to get that crowd under control.

Them ppl would have camped out there all night on top of the plane if they didn't get moving. Probably would have been like 100 of them getting what they thought would be "good seats" on the outside of the plane
