i dont know fam i rather eat the MRE's instead even though that shyt gives u the RUNS
them shyts is 3000 calories and made to make you constipated so you dont have to worry about taking a shyt for a few days in the field
them shyts lead to retaining caked up fecal matter that lead to cancer and digestion problems when you get older
the shyts are a last resort for me
