I believe most Black folk in Idaho live in Boise and are less than 5% of the population so probably government administration type jobs vs Idaho being known for growing potatoes by CACs on a farm

I suspect it's self selection: as a state with so few black people, brehs just ain't moving out there unless the money is tempting.
