Ive seen Africans discriminating African Americans and treating them like they are inferior.
It goes both ways because each group has its fair share of idiots within.

How could African immigrants not be considered black?
African Immigrants came straight from Africa with less dilution than African Americans so African immigrants are not just black but they are more black than African Americans thanks the the dilution we went through from slavery.
Social engineering programs were setup to help a group (african americans) who delt With slavery, jim crow, segregation and a whole text book full social and political rules designed to destroy them.
The US immigration system is designed to admit only the best people in the world. Many of these immigrants come from families with generations of high status. These include african immigrants.

I'm just going to say this once. As immigrants, they fill no american spots, all their merits are done, and recognised as separate from citizens. They are not occupying space, or 'taking jobs, or using any programs. This is why indians are maxed out in IT departments, you can actually pay them a little less in fact. Same goes for africans.

What we do here is make sure that the racists whites here in the US can't go at the African diaspora as they please like they used to back in the day.
