I mean, I don't know about the other food. But Angolan food is the one for me, all day e'r'day!
Muamba de Galinha (translated to chicken muamba) is one of the goat dishes.

And the beans we most cook out here in the north of Angola are some I have yet to ever see anywhere else. I think we may be the only ones that cook palm oil beans. Which sounds weird until you realize you can get a plate of
beans, banana and powdered kassava and call it a day!
I have noticed that there are a lot of people that eat with their eyes though. I used to think my mother was trippin' extra hard making me taste "weird" looking food. Now I just thank her for it, while realizing that a lot of other people will die without finding their favorite shyt just off of "ugh that looks gross".
And those I mentioned above are just the mainstream dishes. Se eu começar a falar de pincho não acabo hoje wey.
