So you're telling me all the black people could have circumvented Jim Crow if they faked an African accent and wore some weird clothes?
:mjlol: Plenty did for short periods.

People who never heard of this particular wrinkle in Jim Crow implementation should probably just stfu and listen to the people who have. Like, yall be so firm in not knowing shyt.

Muhammad Ali explains this very experience in great detail in the 8 min video in the OP if you’re ever interested in facts instead of talking out your ass.

17:15

Imagine how the rest of us were treated…
Dude played less than 20seconds of an Ali clip.

Is there full context to the actual situation and what was going on?

Ali seeing 2 Africans who don’t speak English wearing turbans and a robe get into a specific hotel doesn’t mean anything in the context of Jim Crow laws and racism in the south.

That’s the evidence you’re trying to prop up as proof that Africans as a whole were unaffected by Jim Crow? You cannot be serious.

I guess if a Saudi comes and get special treatment in America we can safely say our country doesn’t have discriminatory policies toward Arab and Muslim people?

I guess OJ being acquitted means blacks are treated fairly by the justice system?

You need to show proof that Africans as a whole were not affected by Jim Crow. Not just an anecdotal second hand story from one person.

what weird distinctions? many of you have admitted, on this very board, that when you came here your parents told you to stay away from us. and this is going back 30-40 years.

Its the exact other way around

The CIA and the powers to be are fully onboard with black americans/FBAS being dumb and naive enough to adopt BLANKET blackness

What more context do you need.

Stop quoting me.

I make these threads for the silent majority, not you snakes.

Many years ago, I was online talking to a northern European biracial, still in northern Europe, who very blithely dismissed my claims of US racism. Foreigners flocked to agree with her. The logic? Her African father had attended college in a really white state during Jim Crow and had 'no problems'. I had to explain to her that her father's experiences differed greatly from those of my own ancestors, but she was committed to the gaslighting,

Years later, after Trayvon, she was like, Damn, you might be right. Silly bytches and the men who echo them.

Look how stupid you are: the CIA are the ones who brought them here in the first place. :mjlol:

Why? To undermine us. And to this very day, you got dumb nikkas such as yourself who can't see the play.

A lot of people getting left behind. :francis:

Be careful sis they gone start calling you a lying undercover maga cac.

Barack Obama‘s dad was able to attend the University of Hawaii, Harvard, and impregnate a white woman in the 50s/ early 60s.

:skip: Since you know so fukking much, how about YOU supply a few examples of Africans who DIDN'T fare well here during the Jim crow era. Should be easy, right?

I eagerly await your findings.

So you're telling me all the black people could have circumvented Jim Crow if they faked an African accent and wore some weird clothes? Do you think you're the only person who had family living back then that we should believe what your "step grandfather" said?
This is why they shouldn't be taken seriously. He is inadvertently minimizing the violence of white supremacy, reducing Jim Crow to a costume drama, and pushing the false idea that Black suffering could be escaped through performance, which trivializes the real, shared brutality Black people faced. It is extremely insulting.
