Pretty sure it is like this in every state. Only way more black people can be incarcerated than white people is if an

aggressive style of policing that it deploys selectively, especially against Black people,

is the rule. They calling it “aggressive” and i call it racist. The justice system is supposed to be fair and even that got anti black racism in it. And people will argue (even here on the good ol coli) when i call it racist but this report is clear evidence that it is racist.
