Man, great post/ concept.

I do 10 minutes of yoga/ stretching every morning, have been doing so since late 2015. Feels awesome.

I meditate sometimes but not enough. I need to incorporate the other stuff.

So how has everyone's progress been in terms of consistency?

Anybody have an issue with hitting a wall. I feel like I'm motivated for weeks at a time then fall off. Then I feel like my progress has to start all over .

I'm still going strong. I shortened my rituals for 5 min each to get more time doing actual work. Going on two months now of grinding.

My personal affirmations won't do anything for you. To be affective they must derive from your personal insecurities. For example if you are a push-over and it's negatively affecting your well-being, your affirmation might be "I always stand up for my beliefs and values". If you tell yourself this enough you will start to live it. Affirmation is not magic it just raises your consciousness and allows you to consciously fix the things about yourself that you feel are holding you back. Make a list of the negative beliefs you hold about yourself and work on those.

I just starting something similar today. I didn't have a plan so I dig this thread as inspiration. You hit the nail on the head about living backwards. I was waking, rushing, working, and then finding myself stressing about my own biz and study instead of actually accomplishing stuff. Glad to hear positive results.

Might need to try this,i always try AFTER work to do all the shyt i need to be focused on,and that never works:mjcry:

My biggest problem is getting up too,but like homie said,for me the hardest part is just getting up when i dont have to. But sometimes you find out you really not as tired as you felt laying down,once you start moving around.

I fell off a bit but is a marathon not a sprint... I noticed some days I may read first, some times I might switch it up and work out first. Dope ass concept and thanks again brehther
