That "Influx Of Talent" Your Talking About Is Joe Johnson Though....

Why People Acting Like D Will Is A New Edition? lol

Joe Johnson is a really solid player when he's not asked to be the 1st option, you guys are acting like he's a scrub... plus they'll have a healthy Lopez (assuming they don't get Dwight) and Reggie Evans to do dirty work... not to mention, Deron and Gerald Wallace will actually be motivated to play this year knowing they got a chance to make some noise

again, I have no horse in this race, but from the outside looking in, the Nets are a better team TODAY than are the Knicks

:stopitslime: The heat beat y'all by 32 the first game and more than 10 in there other 3 wins.

Yea lets act like the refs were just asleep that whole series and werent hammering the Knicks with bullshyt calls. May I remind you how they obviously tried to take out Chandler in game 1? Oh and lets not forget how banged up the Knicks were. If the Knicks beat a hurt Heat team though we'd hear all day about how " The Heat were hurt they wouldve won if they were healthy" Just like how you wack nikkas talked that same talk last year against the Mavs. :childplease:

So...we gonna act like Reggie Evans is better than Amare and Brook Lopez is better than Chandler? Thats what we're going to make believe?

I'm a Heat fan bro, just calling it like I see it :heh:

to this point, the Nets have gotten significantly better while the Knicks have gotten worse... the only way they can salvage their offseason is if they land Nash, other than that, the Knicks took a step back this Summer

Explain this. Free Agency just started 2 days ago. Explain how the Knicks got worse when al theyve lost so far is bum ass Landry Fields.

Still waiting for the reply to this. Should be good :leon:

so you want to just sit here and speculate as to who they'll sign? In that case, we might as well assume NJ will get Dwight too, and then it's really no contest

as it stands, who are the Knicks going to trot out at SG for the opener? If Houston puts a poison pill in Lin's contract offer, he's as good as gone, so there goes your PG too

Even if the Knicks re-sign Lin and Novak and get them a serviceable SG... so? That squad was a 7th seed last year and never taken seriously, what else would change aside from Amare and Chandler being another year older? The only way they can save face is to convince Steve Nash to go there instead of Toronto. Outside of that, they won't be a significantly better team than the squad that got mopped in the 1st round last season

Nah If They Get Dwight They Are Better, But If They Dont Then JJ IS The First Option

Brooke Lopez Is Terribly Ovverated, I Found This Tweet Funny

Tom Haberstroh ‏@tomhaberstroh
Brook Lopez's rebound rate last 2 yrs (9.9 pct) is lower than Landry Fields' (10.3) and half of Dwight Howard's (21.9).

Who Is Brook Lopez!? Are You Kidding Me? Ive Seen This Guy Clink Shots 2 Feet From The Rim

Wallace Prime Is Passed Him

Humphries Isn't Gonna Resign And The Entire Bench Was Traded To Atlanta

The Nets Best Hope Being Being What The Knicks Were Last Year

The Knicks Most Important Thing Is Keeping The Squad Together, JR, Novak And Lin

Last Years Record Doesn't Indicate The Promise This Team Has

Melo Missed Alot Of Games, Stat Missed Some, Then They BOTH Missed At The Same Time, Then Lin Went Out, JR Joined MID WAY Through The Season, Novak Only Started Getting Burn The Same Time Lin Did

Lets Not Act Like This Same Exact Team Got A Full Season Shot

You can't sign Howard you have to trade for him . You completely discounting the Knicks so clearly you are a nets fan .the Knicks were the only team analysts said the heat didn't want to face and then we got injured. Not to mention we were a better team than you last year ( a lockout shortened season which you seem to forget ) So imagine a full year with Woodson and our improving defense . Melo in the best shape of his life and amare healthy plus training with dream. Not to mention we can sign other pieces yup def worse.
Just admit you are a net fan nothing wrong with that but you aren't objective

All that shyt doesn't matter because Dantoni doesn't care about defense.

:rudy:

Might as well play along with these dumb nikkas.

While chandler is better than Lopez defensively, Lopez is better offensively
They cancel each other out
Ya still have no pg and no backup pg

:laff: at me being a Nets fan... you Knicks fans are truly delusional, you're gonna bring back the same squad and miraculously turn into contenders this year

I don't know what to tell you; as of today, July 3rd, the Nets are a more talented team than the Knicks.
