I hate this notion on thecoli that accomplished people and public figures with reputations to keep should be held to the same standards as a bunch of damn Youtubers with nothing to lose and every like, click, view, and share to gain.

She is a television executive. She did what any television executive would do if an on-air talent said something that is detrimental to their image and their advertising revenue. I'd have done the same shyt. And please don't compare Whoopi Goldberg coming out her mouth about one of the most sensitive moments in world history--not long after it's commemorative day no less--and getting bushed by her employer to some great act of activism against oppression in order to say I stand with status quo over black people.
