Phonzi's on one. Approaching females in public while they're going about their day almost never ends well. Approach females when they're in party mode, not commute/work mode.

Everyone doesn't have a party mode. Some people don't like to party at all.

I don't think there is anything wrong with apporaching people who are "going about their day". As long as they aren't busy or in "work mode"
