After dealing with Black Strippers for a few years...

I'm doing about 5 things at once in here. What I was trying to say basically these clubs bypass black broads or at least make excuse not to keep them on the roster.
I feel a couple of ways about this. After reading the article where the girl said she made $200 less then the white strippers, I realized it was about hoes living in a imaginary world. Yeah, shyt is foul but, you been knew this. Get your money, and flip that shyt, then try to help the rest. I think this article needs to be seen as white areas with black strippers. A lot of black strippers in black strip clubs, are doing alright. Better then back in the days!
I think it could be better if these hoes stop trying to be independent, and get a good manager, but hoes are rebellious now. You got a few that understand the game, but stripper hoes love the attention, that's why they ain't sucking and fukking, they like teasing. The thing is that fast money need to he managed or its going to be wasted because the game of stripping is short lived. A hoe can hoe until she is old, and even then she can get an old trick. These young fake hoes gone learn though. Either be true to the game or don't do it. You don't half step this shyt or you wasting time, and looking like a fool.

If the they won't hire you b/c you are Black they are going to try their damnest to keep money out your pocket. Better to move on.

I never get dances when I go to clubs because I don't want to be seen as a trick/customer. One time I'm at this particular clubs and this attractive Black broad offers me at dance, I tell her no but I talk to you for a sec. I say "the money this being convention seasons all must be loaded by now". Long story when I came back the next week she was gone. Another broad where told me management me felt she didn't fit in the feel and the image of the club. I was like

I have a question. When it comes to personality, and dancing, does it really matter what type of personality you have? I am asking for a friend who is interested in dancing to make quick extra cash for over-piling bills,students loans,and she's interested in moving soon.I know it might sound like a stupid question,but I needed to ask for her.She's sweet,smart,somewhat a homebody introverted but has no qualms about being out-going sometimes.
So do you think she has what it takes to be a dancer? Or at least a waitress in a club?

Tell your friend it may not be worth it for. There is other thing she can do to make money. She should look into getting a manager 1st.
Age really doesn't matter. I think starting a little older is an advanatage. Young girls really are the ones who seem to get "caught up" because they haven't had any experience telling friend from foe nor moderating their "fun". Yes your personality matters. A lot of the job is rejection. Not easy to be told no 5 or 6 times in a row. But it's part of the job. Also strippers tend to be competive and SOME (not all) are very stupid. lol I hate so say it but my goodness it's true. So they can go from zero to 100 real quick b/c they don't always think things through and also b/c yelling, fighting and so on it's necessarily going to get them fired. Strip clubs aren't your regular 9 to 5. A ton of unruly behavior is tolorated.
The best way to be is calm yet assetive. Be confident and mind your business. Those girls are not your friends. If someone bothers you look them dead in their eye, tell them how foolish they are and walk away. I danced for 3 years and never had a girl lay a finger on me but have seen more fights than is healthy for a human to see. Just keep your nose clean and be about your money.
