I have just spent the last couple of hours deciding between the the X1 and the PS4. Let me give you a little history about me. In the late eighties and nineties I was a Sega fanboy and hated Nintindote (The GOAT console Wars) Well after the Dreamcast I naturally went with its spiritual successor the OG Xbox. Up until this time I didn't have a issue with Sony (I even owned a Playstation for a short time) I did blame them partially for the Death of Sega hardware.
Well anybody who has paid attention to sony knows they became too arrogant with the success of the PS1/PS2 and overpriced themselves out of the market with the PS3 launch and they still haven't fully recovered from that. But it did teach them humility. Unfortunately MS has become very arrogant with the success of the 360. I do like the system but I'm not a Kinect fan I will never use it other then voice commands maybe. MS should have 2 sku's a 399 no kinect and 499 with kinect and relax on the used games. Allow single player with no internet connection.
Okay if you have read this far (congrats!) I'm sure you are asking why are you buying the X1? Well Im 35
I don't game but maybe once or twice a week now. I am a Forza fan and love fighting games of all sorts. I can't remember a time with in the last 13 yrs when I did not have internet. The One will have the games I want so yes its a 100 more and it is a snitchbox but why buy a cheaper system if it does not have the games I want to play?

na im online only on xbox, probably will get a ps3 later around tax time for exclusives, multiplats im still rocking wit xbox tho, battlefield 4 64 v 64 wit ded servers is what im rocking wit
