Thing is, Russia hasn’t even gone all out. Id argue that they haven’t even unleashed 10% of their power and potential. They don’t need to. They’re taking their time. Chipping away. Trying not to cause too many casualties and collateral damage, as that would make Putin look worse than he already does to many people. He can’t just go around tearing shyt up, because there are still many different nationals in Ukraine, to include Americans etc.

As diabolical and cutthroat as Putin is shown in Western media, he’s a very smart and strategic man. He wouldn’t posses the power that he currently has if he weren’t. Ukraine will eventually be annexed and belong to Russia. It’s just a matter of how long it will take.

As far as Zelensky, I can’t call it. I don’t see him fleeing, so he’ll either end up dead or a political prisoner, as you stated. They may even seize him and then kick him to some European country as a high profile political refugee.
