I gotta pay for:
Gasoline: no joy riding, and put nitrogen in your tires(Nitrogen is free at Costco)
Insurance: keep it paid on time
Light bill: switch over to led bulbs, unplug all appliances not in daily use(blenders/can openers). put picnic cooler ice packs in your house fridge or freezer
Internet: there are different plans. investigate them
Phone bill: necessity today
Dog food: ASPCA will find a loving home unless you need him for house security
My food: don't eat out, make big pots of soup/stews, eat rice and beans like new immigrants do to save up money, shop at Costco or some other wholesaler

If you live in NYC you don't need a car, because the MTA is always running. So that gets rid of the insurance and gasoline problem. If you rent in NYC, I think the light bill is covered in the rent so that's that. Hit up aldi or stop and shop and save some money.
