This is disingenuous as hell. The NCAA Tournament crowns the National Champion; it’s the equivalent of winning The Finals.

This is more akin to hanging a banner for winning the Battle 4 Atlantis or some other holiday tournament.

Not at all. Only because that tournament is in March/April, and called the NCAA tournament. Hell, some of the conference tournaments, or the Maui are tournaments with better competition overall.

The final wasn't a regular season game and doesn't count, and my point is that Bron was so thirsty for this "chip" he actually expended energy like it was the playoffs. Meanwhile the Pelicans went to Vegas to party and look great now
