After Scorpion's Release should Drake still be compared to Jay-Z?

In other words has Jay-Z ever dropped something as horrible as Scorpion. I would argue no though kingdom Come and Blueprint 2 may be the duds in Jay's discography, he would never drop a scorpion tier album. Scorpion is so bad the cd should be sold with a trash bag to dump it immediately upon listening but that's another topic

I also would argue no because OVO is no Rocafella records, Jay is a way better businessman then Drake has been thus far.

With that said, what do you all think? Should Drake still be compared to Jay-Z? He went on one hell of a run to be fair but imo he is at the end of it here or is approaching the end of it and has been since Views.
