Correct me if I’m wrong but his guaranteed was only $76 million on the contract and he’s already made $50 million of that ($60 million total career). We’re going to see this more often as these salaries balloon it gets to a point that they’ve got that fukk you money and stop giving a fukk. Yeah an extra $30 million would be nice but if he doesn’t get it he still has $60 million
This might be the play for guys who are responsible with their money. Especially once you factor in taxes etc. Most tho would be foolish considering you gotta live off that once you’re done playing & expenses still high

I'd have my lawyers all over this talking about missing meetings and team activities. If it don't spell out in the contract my future guarantee's can be voided for that then we going to be sitting in a court room.

I' think theyll give him a settlement if he takes it to court...:francis:

Brandon Aiyuk, when healthy, is still a good WR.

He can help a lot of teams as long as he doesn't insist on getting WR1 targets.
For example, you put him on a team like the Giants alongside Malik Nabers in 2026 and that's a damn good offense.

Aiyuk has to accept being "the Tee Higgins to JaMarr Chase".
It's going to be hard to find a team where he can be the WR1 AND be on a good team.

I mean if he wants to be "The Man" in Tennessee, good luck with all that shyt.
If he actually wants to win...he has options.

Yeah if he's smart with his money. You know them California taxes are brutal so cud that 60mill in half and then other taxes per city he plays in and living expenses. Hopefully dude has lived in his means and can retire financially stable when he does

Ain’t nobody playing on a prove it deal to get balls from Marcus Mariotta (pause)… respectfully

Jayden might return before the end of the season. They played together at Arizona State and could re-build chemistry in preparation for next year.

Good luck signing anyone else :mjlol:

Nobody gonna want to play for a wild card team that doesn’t even honor its own contracts

Huh?? Dude wasn't honoring his contract!!
Y'all dudes literally think you can do what you want when you want- dude wasn't doing the bare minimum of at least coming to team meetings and staying in contact but still give me my money 🤣🤣

People get fired every day from any job for no call, no show.
Dude didn't understand your guaranteed money is also tied to obligations- he's an idiot!
