People aren't going to like Game and never will for several reasons.
1) They're a G-Unit stan and will never get over what he did to them on 300 bars.
2) They look up to these rappers as father figures or role models because they never had a strong make presence in their household growing up. He does some things that's not music related that turns people off. Game can be very volatile at times. Games antics makes these rap fans feel a certain type of way. Me? I don care if he's bipolar, I think that makes me enjoy his music more.
3) Some people can't get over the name dropping, it's his style he's not going to change it.
I've been a Game fan since the documentary. I think only Kanye can rival him in regards to discography and music released since they came out around the same time. He's surpassed the rest of his peers imo.

he was such a struggle rapper on The Documentary it's funny looking back but i give him credit for the leaps and bounds he's made since then..but...
he just does nothing for me as a rapper...he's just there..no real memorable verses, no style of his own..he just's someone rapping over good beats until the hook and then featured rapper comes on.
its always been that way since The Documentary and it will always be that way.
i remember reading, i think, in the XXL with Dre, Busta, Eve and Game himself.
in his interview part he learned to rap by listening to certain albums, knowing the words off by heart and then inputting his own name etc in parts..so he's never really took the time to have a style of his own.
his first two albums are good.
The Documentary, anybody they built up as they did Game could have took been successful with that album.
its the perfect template album..it was all set up for him to come in and do his verses.
Doctors Advocate he proved he could do it on his own and was a well put together album..all his other albums after that and had no real staying power.

Game earned a nice set of fans that most likely would have clowned him if he was still claiming a certain rap group and not dissing a Queens rapper who just happened to be beefing with a half moon ceasar'ed rapper from Queensbridge.
they did make a few nice songs together though.
