At 51 seconds. On the replay, Roberson clearly hits him on the elbow. The TNT commentators even said that when they aired the replay.
And even if he wasn't fouled there, which he was, and Roberson got all ball, which he didn't, that constitutes as loss of possession, and he's allowed to regather possession. So it's still not a travel.
