I can't have my azz cheeks wide open, so I don't sit on the toilet. I feel like a female too when I sit on the toilet.

I squat over the toilet and let those turds descend into the toilet bowl. Simple as that and then I go to work wiping. Up and then down...over and over...

I do like it when I have single wipe sh*ts. You wipe and there's nothing there. I hate when I'm standing there wiping for about 10 minutes though, I start to sweat.

squirt lotion, prefarbly colloidal oatmeal (aveno, etc) on toitlet paper.

use three fingers to glide the lubed sheet against the puckered bud.

press middle-fingertip up into the fukkshaft and ooze the lotion around

stand up and sit down in one continous motion to allow the sphincter to 'swallow the load'

repeat step one without lotion and double-up on the paper so it dont rip

knuckle-deep, twist, curl finger, pull out.

repeat three or four times until toilet paper stay white.

dont forgot to wash your hands.

I recently converted over to stand up about 4 or 5 years ago. As a result I have a much cleaner wipe, under garment laundry looks a little more presentable as well. I strongly recommend it.
