After Watching The Network, Barry Windham is top 5

So I got the network and started watching all the old WCW PPVs starting at 1990. I am currently at wack ass Slamboree, but one thing stood out.

Barry Windham is a god damn fun wreslter to watch. He sells well, he has the ability to chain wrestler and also bang with guys as well as the master of the superplex.

Who else forgot how talented Windham was?

Windham used to put in work. I think Dustin (Goldust) credits Barry for mentoring him. Windham doesn't get the credit he deserves

Yeah he was. I get why he was added because he looked like a straight up intimidating monster which helped a little but dude just didn't fit the group, couldn't picture Sid in a suit and aviator shades riding in limos.

Yup. Which is even more impressive when you consider the fact that he was always one of the bigger dudes on the roster.

If you're looking for more Windham piff watch Windham and Arn Anderson vs. Ron Simmons and Butch Reed (Doom) at Starrcade '90. It's a great brawl.

Then watch Windham vs. 2 Cold Scorpio at one of the clash of champions. Search for it. Both are on the network.

Edit: Superbrawl I vs. Brian Pillman is fun too.

I used to beg my mom to buy me a pair of boots like his when I was a kid.
I remember watching when the dad (Blackjack), brought out the brothers Barry & Kendal. Man, those were the days!

I still think one of the dumbest moves the NWA ever made was not giving Barry a run with the title during that epic feud he had with Ric Flair.
They should have had one of their 90 minute matches at either The Great American Bash or Starrcade and Windham should have walked away with the belt.
