She has hits....but nothing that you're gonna really hear on the radio 20 years from now. ie no set in stone classics.
Except for maybe "Me Myself & I"(thats the only song I like solo from her) or "Single Ladies"(I still have never heard that entire song, that's how much i hate it)....that song will always get played

I think she's cheated her talent for the most part by playing it too safe.
She's AMAZINGLY gifted as a singer, on stage persona.....but her catalogue is weak b/c she only makes safe, snappy of the moment pop songs.

She needs to make an off the wall album that really showcases her talent, not just what is gonna get play on the pop stations. Just my opinion.

When she makes an album that she's not sure if its gonna flop or sell 5 million copies, then she might cross my radar a little more.

you're just realizing this? i can't name a song she's done outside of Crazy in Love in her post-Destiny's child days. to me her music is just meh she's not like someone like Janet Jackson or Mariah Carey that makes memorable songs. perhapse she should work with better writers and producers.
