They messed up his pshyce and the way he plays when he 1st got there. He should have been the 2nd option and let him do what he did in Toronto. Yea he wasn't a low post power but he wasn't a 2 guard like he is now. If he woulda been made 2nd option they'd have more of an inside out game to work with. But the past 3 years he's been forced to become a spot up shooter. Whether its coaching or other players that's what his game has become.

Bosh is playing in a system that doesn't complement his true talent. Spo will never start the offense through Bosh. You would think a 6'11 guy would hit the low block to force his defender into foul troubles and get some easy buckets. But instead, he is being used as a spot-up shooter. Dude's talent is becoming a big waste.
