Yes laws don't make people responsible lol. In fact these states that have either already had trigger laws that do a full ban on abortions or are about to ban them had all types of laws in place severely limiting abortion. These same states also have very high rates of these teen pregnancies and out of wedlock children. Give them better sex education, better access to contraceptives, and better economic conditions if you want to limit abortions.
